(See How to find us for directions to Trinity Road Chapel.)

All our leaders and helpers are regularly DBS checked.

Each week we explore amazing characters and accounts found in the Bible; we also take part in a variety of fun activities related to a particular topic which changes every half term - including such subjects as countries of the world, nutrition, first aid, fire safety, and learning about our senses.

  • The groups meet together for an introductory 10 minutes of chat and songs
  • They then separate for games, looking at what he Bible says, and craft/quiz/activity sessions
  • Spark and Flame finally join together to share about what they have been doing before going home
  • At times during the year we have joint community outings and end of term family get-togethers

TRTeens: Ages 14-18 (Years 10-13) from 7.30pm-9.30pm

Our programme for teenagers consists of a club on Friday nights. It is run by a number of enthusiastic and caring volunteers from TRC (who are regularly DBS checked).

There are many great activities that we have done over the years, from running "Master Chef" competitions to simply playing football and hockey. We try to provide fun activities where all can join in and feel part of the group. We believe that the Bible is as relevant to young people as it is to adults, so we set aside some time each time we meet to teach God's word in an enjoyable and creative way.

Sunday School

On Sundays, after the first part of the service, the children aged 5-11 go through to the back of the church for Sunday School classes. Bible Tots for 2-4 years olds and crèche for under 2's go through to the room behind the Café. Crèche is run throughout the whole service, being run by at least two church members. The service is also relayed to the crèche so that the adults can listen in.

Rompers

The Rompers toddler group meets every Tuesday morning from 10am-11.30am.

The children arrive to a room set out with a variety of toys which are rotated each week to give stimulation to their imaginative, creative and explorative free play. A group time follows, which includes singing and a Bible story. The children then have refreshments, whilst the adults enjoy fresh coffee and home made cakes! Physical play then takes over when children enjoy riding on bikes and other wheeled toys.

There is a small charge of £1 per family, per session. We're sorry that at the moment the waiting list for Rompers is closed.
